Membership Renewal

It is time to renew your ASFA membership for 2010!!!

RENEW YOUR ASFA MEMBERSHIP ON OR BEFORE FEBRUARY 28, 2010 TO ENTER TO WIN AN IPOD SHUFFLE!

In an ongoing effort to be cognizant of and responsive to, the feedback and needs of the ASFA membership, the Board of Directors carefully considered these modifications.

• In light of requests and comments from ASFA members, all international e-membership fees will be reduced by $20!
• In order to increase the environmental responsibility of ASFA, the 2010 membership will include electronic-only editions of the Journal of Clinical Apheresis. Print copies of the Journal will be available at an additional fee (USD 25).

• Use our Online Membership Renewal Form and make your payment immediately using your credit card
• Use our PDF Membership Renewal Form and return via fax or mail to the ASFA Head Office, with payment via credit card or check
